This is a private tournament. You must have a Coupon Code to register for this tournament in the iAngler Tournament system.

The tournament will be held at the Tarpon Lodge on Pineland, FL and will begin Friday night with a Captain’s meeting and dinner. We will fish a full day on Saturday. The tournament will conclude Saturday evening with an awards ceremony and dinner.

You may fish as many anglers per boat ($250 per angler) as you would like. One boat is one team, and guides are considered anglers. Each team must have at least one member in good standing from the SWFRCA, FRSA, or another state roofing affiliate association.

Lodging is the responsibility of each angler and is not included in tournament entry fees. Space is limited at the Tarpon Lodge. Call or email Chris Rakos directly to discuss room availability. Do not call the Tarpon Lodge directly for reservations. Due to space limitations the field will be limited to the first 130 anglers to sign up.

Contest

The total length of the two longest redfish will determine the first 3 places. The weigh master’s decision is final, and there is no appeal process.

1st place - $2,500.00
2nd place - $1,500.00
3rd place - $1,000.00

Calcutta

There will be a $100 per boat “Calcutta” payable at the Captain’s meeting. The Calcutta will pay two places. (60% for single longest redfish – 40% for second longest redfish)

To add your photo to the Leaderboard, using the iAngler Tournament web portal: Select "Dashboard" on the navigation bar at the top of the screen Select the "Update Profile" button in the box on the left side of the screen Scroll down and you'll see an option to add your photo/picture Select and upload a photo from your computer Select "Save" to save your photo and updated profile Your photo will now appear on the Leaderboard. The next time you open the iAngler Tournament app, your photo will appear in the app. To add your photo to your catch information on the Leaderboard using the mobile app, please do the following tasks: Go to the iAngler Tournament app "Home" page. Your name appears at the top and 4 icons appear at the bottom. Select the icon at the bottom right that looks like a Gear. This button displays your User Profile. A camera icon appears to the left of your name. Select that icon. Two options are presented - "Get from Camera" will allow you to take a photo, "Get from Album/Photo Library" will allow you to select a photo from your camera roll or gallery. After you've selected a photo, select the "Save" icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. Your profile update will be saved and posted online. Your photo will now appear on the Leaderboard with your catch information. Please let us know if you have any problems and thanks for using iAngler Tournament!

Rules

All Florida fishing & boating laws apply.
Total length of 2 longest redfish per team submitted via iAngler app.
All fish must be caught by hook, line, rod and reel.
No line or leader limits.
Start at 8:00am (HONOR START – NO LINES IN THE WATER BEFORE 8:00AM)
Lines out at 4:00pm – No more pics can be submitted.
Everyone on boat may fish. Your guide is considered an angler and must be paid as such.
No culling of holes by others.
No bait exchange during the tournament hours.
No wade fishing allowed.
All anglers must fish from their boats.
Artificial or live bait allowed

Liability Waiver – Read Carefully Before Signing

A copy of this form must be completed and signed by each Angler competing in the event, including guides and/or captains.

In consideration for the acceptance of my entry, I, for my heirs, executors and administrators release and forever discharge SW Florida Roofing Contractors Association, Inc., the members of the Association Board, the Redfish Classic tournament chair and committee, the Tarpon Lodge, all sponsors, producers, their agents, representatives, successors and assigns of all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, cost, or expenses which I may have against them arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in this event, including travel to and from this event, and including injuries which may be suffered to me before, during or after the event. I understand that this waiver includes any claims based on negligence, action, inaction, or interaction of any of the above parties.

If we do not receive your signed waiver prior to the tournament, you will not be allowed to participate.
