As we’ve communicated in our previous statements, we have been closely monitoring the potential storm and its possible effects on our community. With the development of Tropical Storm Helene, the track and timing are becoming clearer. At Casting For The Kids, our top priority is the safety and well-being of our community members. We recognize that the tournament and event could be a distraction for families managing school closures, storm preparations, and potential cleanup afterward.

Therefore, we have decided to postpone our tournament to the following weekend, October 4th and 5th. The schedule will remain unchanged, with the only adjustment being the dates. Captains meeting on the 4th same time and our event will now take place on October 5th from 11 AM to 5 PM at The Point, followed by an after-party at the Tiki Bar. The kids dockside tournament will be the same time slots you already registered for. Scooter will still be our MC, bringing fun and exciting games for the kids, along with live music and a special surprise for everyone and of course don’t forget the Golf Cart drawing!

This decision required careful consideration, reorganizing, and numerous conversations to effectively plan a new event. We appreciate your patience as we navigate these unfamiliar circumstances. We will get through this storm together and assist with any necessary cleanup this weekend. Next weekend, we can all gather at The Point to celebrate our community’s resilience and support an even greater cause.

To add your photo to the Leaderboard, using the iAngler Tournament web portal:

1. Select "Dashboard" on the navigation bar at the top of the screen
2. Select the "Update Profile" button in the box on the left side of the screen
3. Scroll down and you'll see an option to add your photo/picture
4. Select and upload a photo from your computer
5. Select "Save" to save your photo and updated profile

Your photo will now appear on the Leaderboard. The next time you open the iAngler Tournament app, your photo will appear in the app.

To add your photo to your catch information on the Leaderboard using the mobile app, please do the following tasks:

1. Go to the iAngler Tournament app "Home" page. Your name appears at the top and 4 icons appear at the bottom.
2. Select the icon at the bottom right that looks like a Gear. This button displays your User Profile.
3. A camera icon appears to the left of your name. Select that icon.
4. Two options are presented - "Get from Camera" will allow you to take a photo, "Get from Album/Photo Library" will allow you to select a photo from your camera roll or gallery.
5. After you've selected a photo, select the "Save" icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. Your profile update will be saved and posted online. Your photo will now appear on the Leaderboard with your catch information.
