The Venice Touchdown Club (VTC) invites you to be a part of a huge event that will draw people from all areas of the Suncoast. We are excited to host our first annual fishing tournament...Suncoast Snapper Slapper!
The Suncoast Snapper Slapper will be an Offshore and Inshore Tournament held June 22nd-25th and is sure to gain popularity throughout the Suncoast. We invite you to attend our weigh in, compete for cash prizes as an Angler or sponsor this great event. The tournament will wrap up with a dockside party, silent auction and weigh in at Marina Jacks. This event will be open to the public to raise money for the VTC.
*The Venice Touchdown Club provides financial support to the Venice High Football program, and the student-athletes who participate. Since the Club's inception in 2002, we have been an integral part in building the foundation, and facilitating the growth, of what has become a Nationally recognized high school football program.
You must have a Coupon Code to register for this tournament.
Registrations must be submitted using the "2022 Suncoast Snapper Slapper Entry Form". The form can be downloaded using the link at the bottom of this page or you can download the form at "www.suncoastsnapperslapper.com/registration".

I have voluntarily agreed to participate as a captain on a vessel in the 2022 Suncoast Snapper Slapper Tournament hosted by the Venice Touchdown Club. In consideration of my participation in this tournament, I hereby accept all risk to myself and all persons aboard my vessel. In addition, I hereby release the Venice Touchdown Club, including its officers, directors, and employees and volunteers from and against any liability and all losses, costs, damages, expenses, including court costs, attorney’s fees on account of claims for whatever reason, including but not limited to personal injury, including death, sustained by any person or persons whomsoever, and for injury to or damage or destruction of property, a person or organization, including loss of the use of thereof, arising out of or resulting before, after, or in connection with participation in this event, to the extent caused in whole or in part by any negligent act or omission.
I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTAND IT TO BE A RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION FOR INJURY OR DEATH OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY THAT OCCURS WHILE PARTICIPATING IN THE DESCRIBED ACTIVITY AND IT OBLIGATES ME TO INDEMNIFY THE PARTIES NAMED FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR INJURY OR DEATH OF ANY PERSON AND DAMAGE TO PROPERTY CAUSED BY MY NEGLIGENT OR INTENTIONAL ACT OR OMISSION.
